Studio Rules?

Park in the street upon arrival. No smoking. No drugs or paraphernalia. No weapons of any sort. Respect our studio and our surrounding neighbors. No littering. No in and out. No more than 2 guests. No pets. Pick up after yourself. Session starts and ends at the times booked. No loitering. Have a good time.

Can i bring guests?

The answer is yes. We understand you might enjoy some company during your session here with Genie Mixed It. We ask that you please keep your guests minimal as sometimes too many people can become distracting while trying to work. Please don’t bring anymore than 2 guests with you. 

What accomodations do you have to offer?

We have a free Wi-Fi network for all of our clients, along with complimentary waters, TV/Xbox for guest entertainment, and more!

location?

Located in the heart of the South Side of Des Moines, Iowa. You will receive the exact address and directions when you book.

What is your reschduling policy?

Here at Genie Mixed It we understand life happens. We try to be as flexible as possible with all of our people. If you need to reschedule just contact GENIE to let him know what’s going on and see how we can help. The earlier you reschedule the better, we prefer a 24-48hr heads up.

Does my recording session come with a full mix and master?

We try to get as much work done as we can within the time booked so if time permits yes. If we suddenly run out of time and are unable to finish the song, you will be delivered your files as is and you will need to book another session or remote mix/master to get them finished up.

refunds?

We do not issue refunds of any sort. All sales are final. If you miss your appointment you will need to book another one full price. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with our work here at the studio contact us directly to see what we can do to get the issue resolved.
